How would it affect the digestion of proteins and carbohydrates  in the duodenum of man if there is a blockade in the pancreatic duct?

Pancreas secretes many enzymes useful for digestion like trypsin, bile juice and renin.

Bile juice is responsible for emulsification of fats.

Trypsin helps in digestion of proteins.

Renin converts soluble milk proteins into insoluble curd.

If pancreatic duct is blocked, this will be retarded.
