how would it affect the digestion of proteins and carbohydrates in the duodenum of man if there is a blockage in the pancreatic duct? explain.

If there is a blockage in the pancreatic duct, the juice won't reach the intestine. As a result protein and carbohydrate digestion can't take place without the enzymes. The food particles will remain undigested in the intestine.

If there is a blockade of the pancreatic duct these enzymes will not be secreted and complete  digestion of proteins will not occur. Enzyme pancreatic amylase from the pancreas helps in the digestion  of starch, it breaks the polysaccharide down into disaccharides
