how would it harmful for the body to take too much of protein or vitamin in the diet ? explain briefly

it is not much harmful to take extra proteins and water soluble vitamins(A, D,E,K) in our diet as extra nutrients are excreted out of body and cannot be stores as proteins are nitrogenous and would disturb body functioning if kept more than required. in case of taking extra fat soluble vitamins, the body accumulates them and causes malfunctioning of body
