If there is a blockage in the pancreatic duct the digestion of the proteins and carbohydrates in duodenum(first part of small intestine),the end products of proteins and carbohydrates are not formed.

Now lets see the protein and carbohydrate digestion in detail.

The pancreatic juice contains sodium bicarbonates, Trypsinogen, Chymotrypsinogen, Procarboxy peptidase, Pancreatic amylase, Pancreatic Lipase and Nucleases.
Trypsinogen gets activated into trypsin by action of Enterokinase present in intestinal juice. This trypsin inturn activates inactive Chymotrypsinogen, procarboxypeptidases and Trypsinogen into Chymotrypsin, carboxypeptidases and trypsin respectively. All these activated forms converts proteins, proteoses and peptones into Tripeptides. These Tripeptides are. converted into dipeptides by Tripeptides enzyme present in intestinal juice. Dipeptides are again converted into aminoacids(end products of protein digestion) by dipeptides enzyme present in intestinal juice.

carbohydrates are converted into Maltose, Sucrose and lactose by pancreatic amylase present in pancreatic juice. Maltose is converted to glucose by maltose, sucrose is converted to glucose and fructose by sucrase or invertase abd lactose is converted to glucose and galactose by lactase.

Glucose, fructose and galactose are end products of carbohydrates digestion.
Maltose, sucrase or invertase and lactase are disaccharides present in intestinal juice.
