When we dispose non biodegradable wastes like plastics, electronics, etc. then they can not be disposed by microorganisms,hence will accumulate in river beds or sea beds. The chemicals which will be secreted from them.. Like from electronics if u take inverters, the battery acids which will come out will mix in the water which is taken by fishes, aquatic organisms which in more time will be consumed by us and which wills lead to health issues.
Sewage from factories lead to pollution of water bodies.
Now hospitals sometimes dispose off leftover medicines, syringes, etc. which get mixed with water and in turn r consumed by organisms..
