Pressure = force/ area

Pressure is directly proportional to the force applied and inversely proportional to the area.
in this case as area is kept constant
1)pressure increases when fore is increases
2)pressure decreases when force is decreased
As the force is doubled keeping the area constant the pressure will also double as they are directly proportional
if the area is changed we need to calculated the new pressure,but if the area is decreased and the force is increased the pressure will also increase and vice versa.
