How would thrust on the bottom of a liquid level change if area is doubled keeping the pressure same?

Thrust in a liquid column does not depend on the area of the bottom of the container. It depends on the height of the liquid column. So, if we increase the height of the column then the thrust will increase and if we decrease the height of the liquid column then the thrust will also decrease.
