How would you carry out the spell check after the entire document is typed?

After a whole document has been typed, it is very much normal to have committed simple spelling mistakes and typing errors.

There are also some punctuation errors and grammatical flaws.

Microsoft Office provides a chance to rectify all of these mistakes by running a Spelling and Grammar check.

Simply go to the Review tab and the first option is Spelling and Grammar.

Select it and Microsoft will automatically start a spell check.
