Chemical Change:- When a substance forms into a new product when heated, freezed or by any other activity

It is reversible change

For e.g.- Milk becomes curd by the process of fermentation. Curd is the new product formed

Physical Change:- When a substance does not form into a new product after any activity.

It is irreversible change.

For e.g.- Tearing of paper. It doesn't form any new product.
