How would you decide whether a change is physical or chemical ? Mention two characteristics of each kind of change.

a new substance is produced in a chemical change by the rearrangement of atoms but physical changes mainly include change of state,reversible changes etc.
characteristics:
1.chemical changes are irreversible while physical changes are reversible
