The heart rate before and after workouts are different.
The heart rate before exercising is at a resting place-the average is between 50 and 100 beats in a minute.
Meanwhile the heart rate after excercing is faster.
This is a slow-down rate of around 20beats per minute,coming from the increase in heart that was experienced during excercise.
