How would you describe the famous Scream by Munch?

The Scream is thought to be one of the mostly famous pieces of art in the world along with Mona Lisa for example. It pictures a person screaming in vain and full of depression whilst holding its hands over its cheeks. In the background we can see fjords - the place where the painting was actually created. 

Thanks to amazing colouring and flowing-like pose of the person it is said to be the masterpiece expressionism.
