First dilute the concentrated acid by adding it slowly in a large quantity of water, then slowly add sodium bicarbonate or baking soda until the pH increases to between 6 and 7 or until effervescence(bubbling) reduces.

Now, you can directly pour the weakly alkaline/neutral solution in the sink.
