Explanation:

Ectomorph: Lean and long, with difficulty building muscle. Endomorph: Big, high body fat, often pear-shaped, with a high tendency to store body fat. Mesomorph: Muscular and well-built, with a high metabolism and responsive muscle cells.

Explanation:

The Ectomorph body type is thin and has long limbs and small muscle bellies.  They have a rectangular shaped body with round muscle bellies. The Endomorph is wider than an ectomorph or mesomorph, with a thick rib cage, wide hips, and shorter limbs. Endomorph can easily gain weight but find it very hard to lose weight.
