exosmosis
Means when fluid (water) moves from higher concentration (low water potential) to a region of lower concentration1 (high water potential). E.g. the water will come out of the cell during exosmosis.
endoosmosis
Endosmosis is the movement of water inside the cell
whereas exosmosis is the movement of water outside the cell.1 (It's clear that endo means in and exo means out....)
