HISTORY
The rise of the dictator Napoleon
Answer:
The rise of Napoleon can be described as the aftermath of the French Revolution. After the fall of the Jacobins one-man rule and the rise of Directory, there were many issues regarding the sharing power, prejudice etc. among the members of the Directory. This led to the fall of the Directory and to the rise of the military dictator Napoleon Bonaparte. Even though at first he was considered as a liberator who would grant them freedom, later on it was understood that he was an invader who wished to annex all the neighboring countries and become a monarch.
