How would you explain the rise of napoleon

during the french revolution ,napolean was crowned the king and he destroyed democracy in france.
anyways he also gave some measure that were good .
he introduced the civil code of 1801 which was also called the napoleanic code.
some of the activities of napoleanic code was :

Napoleanic code:

·        Did away with privilages based on birth.

·        Rights to security of property

·        Exported to areas under fench control

·        In the dutch republic,Switzerland,Italy and germany he simplified the administrative system , and abolished feudal dues.

·        And freed peasants from serfdom and manorial dues.

·        Transport and communication systems were improved.

·        Guild restrictions were removed in town sides.

·        All peasants businessman enjoyed certain freedom

·        Uniform measures and weights,gave a way better for exchange of good.

Napoleon Bonaparte crowned himself Emperor of France. He started conquering neighbouring countries by waging wars against them. He saw himself as a moderniser of Europe. He introduced many laws, such as the protection of private property and a uniform system of weights and measures provided by the decimal system. Many of his measures carried the revolutionary ideas of liberty and modern laws to the other parts of Europe. This had a positive impact on people long after he was dethroned as an emperor when he was finally defeated in the Battle of Waterloo.
