During 18th century French Revolution were takes place in many ways.: democracy, competition in aristocracy and monarchy systems, e. t. c.
At times nepoleon were also famous for their system he wanted that if people of Europe get a little bit of freedom then they could stopped doing their controversy and leave all their fight which they are during towards monarchy system the people of the France wanted democracy but nepoleon established the nepoleonic code 1804 by this code people could get few rights like casting their votes, wear their clothes by their own choice., etc. By this way he rise in nationalism of Europe.
