u.a.f. is stated as universal adult franchise .according to this ,every citizen who had attend the age of 18 have right to caste their votes to their representatives without any depression of thoughts ,beliefs,etc.the u.a.f. was first granted in new zealand in 1883 and in india it is adopted in 1950. it is also known as
universal adult suffrage.
