I would face problems in my life by living happy all the time. Just like if someone will hurts you , you can talk to him / her for clearing your doubts , this will really releases all your tension / worries. Would you really thinks about past ? If yes, this will help you a lot............
1. You should talk to your friends , parents or to someone , who will release your tension.
2. write down your feelings on a paper and this will also releases your worries .
3. so if you would stop thinking about you future / past . It will help you to live positive................................................↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑
