IF I WERE THE POST MASTER I TALK TO HIM CALMLY, I UNDERSTAND HIS SITUATION OF NOT GETTING LETTER OF HER DAUGHTER FROM FIVE YEARS. I SHOWED SYMPATHY FOR HIM.

All the people in the post office made of fun of Ali and treated him very harshly.

They did not understand what Ali was going through and they did not even seem to care.

The postmaster should have treated Ali with some sympathy.

Ali did not see his daughter for years and he was very sad due to that, He needs sympathy and attention rather than slangs and ill-treatment.
