Please observe the flower in situ.

Is it inconspicuous, not very colourful, not scented, not visited by insects and birds? If the answer to all these questions are yes, there is high probability that it is self pollinated flower. The self pollinated flowers are more common in temperate regions of earth. Many weeds are self pollinated (there is evolutionary advantage for that).

Cross pollinated flowers produce brilliantly coloured/scented flowers to attract insects that transfer pollens from one plant to another. Cross pollinated flowers that use air as agent produce huge quantity of pollens. Sometimes cross pollinated plants evolve strategies to prevent self pollination: pistil and stamen maturing at different times, male and female flowers being produced in different plants, self-incompatibility etc. [last phenomenon is physiological in nature and not recognizable from morphological examination of flowers].

we can identify by classifying the flower into unisexual and bisexual flower.

if a flower contains only androceium or only gynoceium it performs cross pollination.

if a flower contains both androceium and gynoceium it performs self pollination.
