1.Gently scrape the inner lining of your cheek with the backside of a plastic spoon
2.place a drop of distilled water at the center of a clean glass slide
3.using a pair of forceps,carefully place a small piece of the scraped lining on the water drop
4.Cerefully place the a cover slip on the glass slide and wipe off extra drops of water on sides of the cover slip
5.View the slide under the microscope
Observation: You should be able to see the sell membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus of the cell from the lining of the cheek.
