✮given question:

How would you rate your self-esteem?

✮requried answer:

You can't rate self-esteem. It’s the act of recognizing your positives like achievements, values, wealth etc and regarding yourself because of them. You either do or you don’t. (This does not mean that you hold them at the same level as you or above you. If you do, you would lose dignity (which can be rated) and self-respect (which can’t be rated)).

Self-respect is the choice to always have a ground respect for yourself for the only reason that you're you, and you can't leave your body. This cannot be maintained without self-improvement afterwards. To do this, you have to rate yourself higher than anything else. Anything that is placed above you is done by your choice with your conditions.

Dignity is the feeling of self-worthiness. It is the result of self-respect.
