Answer:

We have our own constitution. we should be proud of it. but still not everyone understand it fully. We have rights and it's perfectly fine if we fight for it. But along with this we should follow and respect our duties too. the most common situation in which people do not follow the duties which we should respect is scribbling and writing on the walls. These practices our strictly banned by the government and you must have seen police patrolling around the famous monuments but still police can't reach every corner of it every single second. if we see someone doing this we should first try to stop him and if he/she refuses we should try to inform the police. we should know our duties and try to follow it and make sure that everyone around us does. by doing this we could finally say that we reside in a fully developed country.
