Curd will not change back to milk... so its irreversible . hence its a chemical change

Explanation:
Because A bacteria called Lactobacillus help in formation of curd .It converted milk into curd .But after curd is formed then it doesn't converted into milk because its composition are very different compare to milk and taste is also very different .So In this way curd is considered as a chemical change.
