How would you solve this problem about your class monitor incharge of cheking students for proper school uniform or often pinalises them when they are at fault however you notice that him or her he or she himself or herself often wears different types of sox and belts insteed of the ones which are the part of school uniform

It will affect the students negatively they too would not wear proper uniform. hence he/she should stop this.The other students will get a good excuse for not wearing the uniforms.We should make him/Her stop this and make him aware about the responsibilities and duties of a monitor.Show him/her the fear of losing her/him job of classmonitor.Moreover it will have negative impact on teachers too because they thought him/her to be a good student so made him monitor but he/she is deceiving them.
