take a leaf a keep it in a dark room for 2 to 3 days then take the leaf dip it in an alchahol solution then then take it and use iodine solution on it. only some part of it will be in a bluish black colour it is because it had used its stored starch inside the leaf while it was kept in a dark room for 2 to 3 days.
