It depends on how long these chapters are and whether you had an understanding of them previously. It is bad to prepare for your exams in short duration of time. But if you are good enough try going over through everything you have done at least two times. Then you go for the important parts . You do it in an adequate timing. And don't try to take in everything in one gobble. Try studying for one hour then give it a break for 40 mins or even an hour. And if you are familiar with studying techniques like chit learning, mind map then you can use them too.
