Dear sir,
I have received a parcel you send to me in respond to my order no.11/211 dated 26 july 20xx. I wish to bring to your kind notice that books are damaged.
The pages of the books are torn and some pages are missing. There is some misprinting also as a few pages are overlapping print. Moreover, the books are of old edition and of poor quality.
Hope u will understand the problem which I will face the whole year while studying this book. So, kindly replace it or if it is not possible, then make an arrangement for the fund.
