Because when we generally numerator and denominator is same we divide the number in ones so the answer becomes 1.

 =  >  \frac{2}{2}  = 1

 =  >  \frac{4}{4}  = 1

In the same way

 =  >  \frac{(x) }{ \sin(x) }

Value of x = 0

So

 =  >  \frac{0}{0}  = 1

Thank you
