x_1=3+\sqrt3\\x_2=3-\sqrt3\\\\y=a(x-(3+\sqrt3))(x-(3-\sqrt3))\\y=a(x-3-\sqrt3)(x-3+\sqrt3)\\y=a((x-3)^2-3)\\y=a(x^2-6x+9-3)\\y=a(x^2-6x+6)

It's any polynomial of the form a(x^2-6x+6)
