Ans:-

actually we can't prove"E=mc2" but I can give you an idea about this. ...

E=mc2

here E=Energy .
m=mass
c=Speed of light ..

{E=m } means energy can be converted into mass and mass can be converted into energy ..

but here c is making difficulties ..

that's why we r researching that why Einstein use c2 in his eqn ...

proof:-

In the equation, the increased relativistic mass (m) of a body times the speed of light squared (c2) is equal to the kinetic energy (E) of that body. In physical theories prior to that of special relativity, mass and energy were viewed as distinct entities.
