There was no true democracy in Pakostan because the Prime Minister, Parvez Musharraf had all the power.

Provincial elections were held regularly but the elected politicians had no right to make final decisions. All the decisions were made by Musharraf.

Pakistan do not follow a true form of democracy as:-

  3. All the powers rested with army officials and with General Parvez Musharraf.
