These people are ill mannered as they are very cruel towards these stray animals.These people should be given proper knowledge of how to be friendly towards these stray animals.Students can spread awareness about the importance of these stray animals.The awreness can be in printed form like pamphlets,posters,slogans.Students can arrange rallies among the whole town and aware the people to be friendly with these stray animals.This way the people might stop this rude behaviour.
