(Based on my own experience) When I'm not with my friends in a public place, I feel uncomfortable and overwhelmed with anxiety. It feels like everyone is judging you for being alone, even eating alone in a restaurant, it feels like people is pitying you for being alone. It feels so uncomfortable that you don't get to enjoy your day.

I tend to just not go when I don't have someone with me, I'll probably have a bad time while having anxiety.
