Complete exhaustion occurs at the end of severe or over exercise. It includes strenuous muscular activity but the severity can be maintained only for short duration.
After a period of severe muscular exercise the amount of oxygen consumed is enormously more than a required normal systolic and diastolic pressure given by oxygen. Because of this the oxygen required is more than quantity available to muscles.
This much of oxygen is utilised for reversal of the following metabolic processes :
1) Reformation of Glucose from lactic acid accumulated during exercise (notable case of oxygen debt, by rigorous exercise)
2) resynthesis of ATP and creatine phosphate, and
3) restoration of amount of oxygen dissociated from haemoglobin and myoglobin.

>> Moderate exercise may help to boost ur immune system BT too much can do just the opposite.
2). Decrease Appetites
>> More over routine exercise tends to suffer from appetite suppression for combined number of reasons.
3).Mood changes
>> As by exercising more then it tried to changes ur mood also as phycially n mentally and tends to make cranky , lead to mood changes as depression , anger , anxiety.
4).Heart Strain
>> By exercising more it strain muscle and if it strain it weaken which also can lead to heart failure.
So , keep doing exercise bt in limit..
