Answer:

1. paddy crops will be facing obstacles in its growth.

paddy crops are attacked by grasshoppers. there are also other insects and pest which harm paddy crops which are eaten by frogs. if the number of frogs are decreased, the amount of grasshoppers will increase causing harm to the paddy fields.

2 and 3

here the food chain is:

paddy>grasshopper>frog>snake

paddy is the producer and the rest of them are consumers.

if consumer grasshopper increases, the amount of food for the frogs will increase.

so the amount of frogs will also increase due to the abundance.

due to the increase of amount of frogs the amount of food for snakes also increases. so the amount of snakes increases.

as their amounts increase, the increased amounts of snakes eat up the increased amount of frogs. so amount of frogs are decreased. due to this, there is deficiency of snake food. so the amount of snakes also decreases.

similar case happens in case of frog a grasshopper

so, eventually the balance of the environment is maintained. this is the overall effect of this ecosystem

hope this helps....

have a nice day♡
