What I can say is not bad.
Am working in Genpact as a process associate.
Started working here as a fresher for peanuts.
Was not aware of packages and how corporate really works during our college days.
We were happy that we got selected. Later I came to know how corporate world exactly works.
I am working hard to the core but I am not happy with my hierarchy who needs work.
They are least bothered about employees effort to get that work done
Anyway I am learning something new everyday that eventually makes me happy
