➢ The questions should be clear, simple and short.
➢ Questions should be logically arranged.
➢ Proper Division and sub division of questions under different heads and subheads should be done.
➢ A questionnaire should look attractive.
➢ Before doing survey using a questionnaire, a test must be done with few respondents to check the
accuracy.
➢ It should avoid personal questions, calculations, leading questions, double negatives.
