of the digits is 6. Find the number.

let the ones digit be x

tens digit be y

now original no=x+10y

reversed no = 10x+y

x-y=6.........(1)

10x+y+x+10y=110

11x+11y=110

x+y=110/11

x+y=10....(2)

adding eqn (1) and eqn (2)

x-y=6

x+y=10

2x=16

•x=8

putting value of x in (1)

x-y=6

8-6=y

•y=2

original no=x+10y

8+10*2
