You can't become a moderator of brainly so easily. You should show us your abilities, answering skills, good manner and good behaviour. Your behaviour is the first thing to be a moderator. And second thing is to your answer quality. You should give answers without copying or paralysing from the other site. Someone made new rules. So you can't propose to be a moderator directly. There are two steps to be a moderator. The first step is become a brainly star and then become a brain benefactor. In brainly benefactor team, you are required to give above 300-500answers. If you can complete target then no tension, you will become a moderator. I tried many times but failed again and again. Now, I have no desire to complete target because lt wasted my time.
