Human adaptation of equatorial region?

your answer is here:
In colder climates (that includes 'Andes' of Ecuador, Colombia & Peru) people need to adapt bt wearing more clothing, footwear, headgear and all that. In equatorial areas it is blissful. You can wear the minimal clothing, keeping upper torso and lower limbs (legs) exposed as far as possible. Women can only cover their torsos with loose fitting cottons. If it is a dry, desert climates one needs to cover the skull portion. There i no need to wear any footwear, unless to protect them from insects and fungi.Normally tropical climates have copious running waters (streams to mighty rivers) and so its a good idea to bathe in running water and that is what people there used to do mostly. Woollens and leather are useless and thin cottons are welcome.
Tropical climates abound in vegetation. People there have access to abundant store of local cereals (coarse like rice and fine) and a mind-boggling variety of legumes, pulses and beans. Also green leafy vegetables are eaten far more than other climates, the variety of which is again huge. All spices (almost) come from tropics, that can be used for seasoning the meats and fishes. Tropical fruits are abundant in variety, rich nutritionally and tangy unlike the bland temperate climate fruit. With this humongous variety there is actually no opportunity or need to eat meat, except fishes and such stuff available in fresh waters (rivers & lakes) and the seas around. From George Bernard Shaw to Adolf Hitler the people would feel happy there.
hope it will helpful to you!!

Equatorial regions remain hot throughout the year with a very low temperature range of 3 degree Celsius. It is also a very wet climate with precipitation around 2000 mm per year. In this region the human lives depend very much on the flora and fauna. The main kind of agriculture found here is "shifting cultivation". Unlike the temperate region the equatorial region has a warmer climate thus people where light clothes and and they mostly depend on agriculture and other primary sectors of work to live on.
