Answer:

A perticular event that shows the effect of human made activities which contributed or affected to the planet:

After Tulare Lake dried up, it was a giant 570-690 square mile lake in an endorheic basin that extended over 13,000 square miles in the Lower Central Valley of California.

It was drained for agricultural irrigation in the 1800s, all major rivers such as the Kaweah, Tule, Kings and Kern were diverted or dammed, displacing native wildlife and the more than 70,000 Native Americans such as the Joku (Mariposa) who used the lake. with fishing and transport as they lived on its banks. This turned the Central Valley basin into a dry, somewhat fertile, poisoned soil as all the wetlands disappeared. Euro-American settlers then committed genocide and enslaved mariposa jockeys and hoped to rid them of the land.

The Central Valley still suffers from torrential rains and water shortages, despite being one of the world's largest consumers of food.
