human cell examined during G2 phase of the cell contain 100 units of DNA . what would be the quality of DNA in human cell at each pole of telophase -2 of meiosis?​

As we know that DNA content double during S phase of cell cycle. So 100 units is in G2 phase, it means DNA content has already been doubled.

So at the end of the separation each pole will have 50 units of DNA in telophase - 1 and after second meosis amount of DNA will remain same.

In telophase - 2 a membrane forms around the sets of Chromosomes which is nuclear membrane. After that chromosomes reach to the opposite poles and cytokinesis process occurs which form four haploid daughter cells.

After telophase - 2 the number of chromosomes in humans becomes 23.
