Hi this is the answer of me.
penicillin is a antibiotic that is injected to kill the bacterial disease.
It is synthesis a peptidoglyceon that weakens the cell wall of bacteria when divide and burst because of osmotic pressure. It should not harm to the human host because penicillin does not inhabit any chemical process.

Explanation:
Human cells do not make or need peptidoglycan. ... The result is a very fragile cell wall that bursts, killing the bacterium. No harm comes to the human host because penicillin does not inhibit any biochemical process that goes on within us. Bacteria can also be selectively eradicated by targeting their metabolic pathways.
