⏩➡⏩Yes, the statement is true that human resources includes quality as well as quantity of the people...Becoz normal human beings who are non educated can do nothing but the human beings who are educated can do everything so this refers to quality...quality is very important... but even quantity is important because if there is only one human being then he or she cannot do anything but if they are 100 then they can come together and do everything...
