It is not possible to evaluate the value of human resource just like the case of a financial asset, where we can quantify its profitability, the depreciation on the asset etc.

However, to valuate humans to an extent, Human resource accounting exists. It is concerned with measurement of cost and value of people in the organisation, like how much is the salary of the resources, what benefits a business can expect when we train(invest) in humans. Its main purpose is to facilitate the effective management of human resources, as to whom the organization should invest and whom to let go
