Human rights are the rights incorporated to a human being, irrespective of its gender, language, colour, religion,ethnicity etc.


These are the rights that are universal.


The effectiveness of any legal system depends on the power to enforce the laws.


The laws related to international human rights are the same.


However, the way in which international human rights treaties are enforced is totally different from the domestic laws enforced.
