Human skin is an electrical insulator when perfectly dry. In such a situation, it has a resistance of around 1,00,000 ohms. When moist or wet, its resistance is 100 times lower. Once current passes through and reaches the blood, the resistance drops further to about 500 ohms. What is the ratio of the current flowing in all three cases?

Human resistance is about 10,000 ohms on the high side and as little as 1,000 ohms if the person is wet. Remember, ohms is the unit of measure of a material's resistance or impedance to current flow.

hope it helps !!!!!
